One of the (many) things I learned this week is what a gafapasta is. Gafas are glasses, and apparently gafapastas specifically are thick, nerd glasses worn more for style than for function. The word is also used to describe a gafapasta is a Catalonian hipster, from what I can tell. I kind of want some gafapastas, although I don't think I can pull them off. We'll see.
